No, it is not the committee's intent to change this determination because it would hurt the poor and the young--the very people who benefit most from these community organizations. I agree that it is important that these non-profit community organizations are able to continue to provide their health, fitness, and other services to both adults and children. I would be glad to work with you to insure that any language included in the conference report takes into account the unique aspects of these community organizations, and does not unfairly target them.
