I think a more important statistic, if the gentleman wants to argue statistics, is that the regime of law that they are defending they do not want to change today, according to that Vincent O'Brien-Richard Hodges study, found that investors received an average of 6 cents on the dollar in this legal dispute system under 10(b)5. The only people making money are the attorneys. The investors get 6 cents on the dollar and that is the system being defended down here, the system people do not want to change. I suggest that is the most important statistic that has ever been quoted on the floor in this debate.
