I have been placing close attention to it, as I am the chair of the Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials Subcommittee here, and I believe that she produced a very detailed report. And some of her findings, quite honestly, are very disturbing.

I will not vote for this resolution. While I stand firmly and without hesitation against all forms of violence, I cannot support language that requires us to praise a man who so often showed disdain and disrespect for others.
While they appear to be healthy, there are a lot of challenges at these facilities that require immediate attention.
