They get up here and they start voting against the wishes of the American people over and over and over again. And why? Not just to defend fraudsters.

The American people gave Republicans this mandate because they wanted us to cut red tape in Washington and get America building again.

I think that goes back to being chairman of the Republican Study Committee.

It is common sense versus crazy.
