If I may reclaim my time from the majority leader. Mr. Speaker, I do also want to thank Virgil for his time and his service to the House for so long and to work so closely with my friend, Cedric Richmond, but also with the entire Louisiana delegation. We have had a long history of working incredibly well together on issues that are important to our State and the country. Virgil has been right there from the beginning of Cedric's career and a great part of the Louisiana delegation but also a great part of what makes this House work. Mr. Speaker, while we will miss Virgil, I wish him well on his new life ahead, a lot of exciting times. I continue to look forward to seeing you in New Orleans at our great restaurants. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Maryland (Mr. Hoyer). {time} 1130
