Well, if you don't have an engine in the car, the car is not functional. If you have a lease, the lease doesn't do you any good if you can't get the permits to build pipelines. We have talked about the pipeline problems as this administration, over and over again, has blocked new pipelines. How do you move the oil? How do you get the permit to go and explore for more?…”
