I offer my thanks and gratitude to the 9/11 Commission Chaired by New Jersey Governor Thomas H. Kean and Vice Chair Former Congressman Lee H. Hamilton for their work in investigating the events of September 11, 2001 and making recommendations to the Nation and the Congress on what we need to do to avoid another September 11.
