Especially, I want to thank Chairman Upton and Chairman Walden for allowing us to bring this bipartisan legislation forward that takes a commonsense approach to so many reports and requirements that are placed on industry and the FCC, frankly, that require a whole lot of work to produce reports that are outdated before they're even filed.
