Yes. I don't know whether the people in D.C. didn't know what their Federal agents on the ground in south Louisiana knew what they were doing, but it's happening every single day. It seems like we have problems like this every day, so you can't just say it's miscommunication. Clearly, it's a lack of leadership. The President, under the law, is responsible for that leadership, and clearly, he is not doing his job, and he is not engaged.
