So we're sending them this idea in a bill that only needs 51 votes.

We want to address a number of things like fraud, like affordability, and also defense. Helping rebuild our defense so that we can compete with China.

Shouldn't we make sure that our farmers get the relief they need so we can keep working to lower food costs?
