A lot of the economic indicators are getting better, but they're not where we want them to be, Brian.

Over and over again, we see nothing but obstruction from Democrats. It's sad to say. It's sad to see. The American people are watching a party that has become a rudderless ship running off the left edge, socialists taking over.

We've got seats in Texas and Ohio and Florida — so many other places where we have an opportunity to flip seats from Democrat to Republican because people are rejecting this crazy extreme socialism on the left.

We want to get a longer-term deal, but at a minimum, let's ensure that we can continue to see government properly funded and functioning.
