I would imagine if you asked the Secretary of Defense to count how many billions of dollars that American energy production actually yields to the Federal Treasury to pay for our national security to fund the Department of Defense, I hope you are not suggesting that if we just shut down our oil manufacturing in the United States that that would be a good thing for our national security.
