At this point, I would not be in a position to make that change, I say to the Senator from Ohio. I know a number of them earlier expressed the view that once we added the OIRA Administrator to the process in determining which regulations would be placed on the various agencies' lists, that we had satisfied any residual concerns which might exist as to having a person with a direct appointment and responsibility in the loop. I would need to go back and determine, I think, from some of the other people who are part of this, their receptive feeling to any change of that type.
