Well, I guess that is my concern, is that I don't want---- Venezuela or Russia or China paying Cuba's bill because then they become a puppet government of that country.

I'm a physician by trade, and I was taught very early in medical school when you review a scientific article to look at the author, whether there's bias or not, and look at the sample size.
