I can assure the witnesses and those who are following this hearing that diversity on the bench, diversity on the pipeline, or in the pipeline to the bench in terms of clerks, and also diversity in law school admissions in the universities that disproportionately feed into the clerk pipeline are areas of interest to this subcommittee.
