I thank Dr. Babin. That is Texas strong, as we expected. Madam Speaker, one of the strongest Republican delegations in our Congress comes from another State, Tennessee. I am delighted to yield to the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Rose), one of the hardest working men in Congress.
