I thank my friend. It is a serious issue. Every moment of levity helps us. I tell you what, if we can't work in a bipartisan fashion to prosecute criminals and stop the cartels, there may not be a lot of hope for this institution. I hope we can get back to that soon. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from Arizona (Mrs. Lesko). Arizona is a State that certainly deals with this every moment of every day, and she has seen it up close.
