Mike Johnson: “The President was right when he spoke of the reckless fiscal policies at the moment.”

Well, I was informed after it happened. Look, no one is above the law in our system. And apparently, this was a long series, a long investigation.

This district, more than any in America — when we say close election, we mean close election.

If, heaven forbid, we lost the majority, I would expect my colleagues would call upon me to continue to lead the conference in divided government.

I need to tell the White House what some of my colleagues think about that, and not everybody is in favor of the idea.
