I know my colleague is very busy and has many important issues to debate on this bill, but these are important amendments to colleagues on both sides of the aisle. The way they get their ideas into the debate is by calling their Member of Congress, calling their Senators' office, writing letters, sending e- mails, giving us suggestions.
