That is absolutely true. I say to the Senator, in some ways I have some trepidation of continuing to read this because I have had any number of Democrats come to me and say: But there are more Republican provisions in this bill than there are Democratic provisions in the underlying bill. That is a credit to Senator Snowe, I have to say, who worked so hard and does such a good job. But to come to the floor, I say to the Senator from New York, that there are no Republican provisions in this bill, it is laughable.
