I know the Senator from Tennessee is on the floor and I would like to take 2 or 3 minutes. I know we can go back and forth but I want to conclude a little bit of this debate we have had. First, I want to submit for the Record--because I am going to remain on the floor and speak after the Senator from Tennessee--but I want to put into the Record the list of Republican cosponsors of S. 2280, the date they became cosponsors, and the name of every single Member, including the Senator from Tennessee, who is a cosponsor of the Hoeven- Landrieu bill that is pending on the Senate Calendar, S. 2280.
