Finally, Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn and convene for pro forma session only, with no business conducted, on the following dates and times, and that following each pro forma session the Senate adjourn until the next pro forma session: Friday, November 16, at 9:30 a.m.; Tuesday, November 20, at 12 p.m.; Friday, November 23, at 3 p.m.; that the Senate adjourn on Friday, November 23, until 2 p.m. on Monday, November 26, unless the Senate has received a message from the House that it has adopted S. Con. Res. 60, which is the adjournment resolution, and if the Senate has received such a message, the Senate adjourn until Monday, November 26, at 2 p.m. under the provisions of S. Con. Res. 60; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that the majority leader be recognized and Senators be permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each; and that all postcloture time on S. 3525, the Sportsmen's Act, be considered expired at 5:30 p.m. and the Senate proceed under the previous order.
