I want to acknowledge that this is Administrator Mills's last budget hearing, unfortunately.

I would actually like to see a five-year extension because by the time you do it and people know about it, half the year is over.

I am very supportive of the increase in funding for the Charter Schools Program (CSP) as detailed in the President's budget.
