I also want to put into the Record the 35-plus very powerful organizations that range from business to labor to manufacturers that have been a strong and powerful and vocal coalition for over 5 years in their efforts to bring us together. They have come together. The question is whether the Members of Congress will come together. These groups have come together. It is not often that you see the laborers, pipefitters, boilermakers, and builders and trades all together sitting down with the Chamber of Commerce and the American Petroleum Institute, but they managed to find common ground at a common table, and America will be best served when the Members of this body and the House do the same. I also want to put into the Record two short statements, and this is directed to those who are on the other side of this issue and who are wavering or are not sure. I want to put into the Record that the environmental review process has been conducted over 5 \1/2\ years. The review process has been thorough. Five studies have been conducted, as required by law, and are complete. I want to repeat that. The five environmental studies that are required by law have been conducted. They are completed. I ask unanimous consent that material be printed in the Record.…
