I'm just wondering--and this is also going to come up for the icebreaker, when we have to pay for $1 billion for it--is whether we can continue to cut this budget and still find $800 million or $1 billion for this asset when this budget is being reduced year after year.

Thank you for continuing your focus on this, because the work is not done, and there are billions and billions of dollars of projects that could be built.
If this process is not fixed or focused or made better, it would really be not worth speaking about.
With all due respect, I say to my colleagues on the other side of the aisle: let's let local law enforcement and the elected officials in city government do their job, and we should focus on ours.
