I think we are just going to call it the Menendez-Isakson bill.
this one-size-fits-all approach on this flood insurance is not going to work. We have to have a multi-plan.
I think, Mr. Miller, we really have to get this straight about these lower levels that are not living spaces.
We want to make sure that the rates that people are paying reflect the fact that they aren't living at the flood level.
