I fought for it like a tiger, and the pipeline doesn't even come to my State. It goes to Texas. Now, I have refineries in Louisiana, and Louisiana most certainly and the companies in Louisiana will benefit. This pipeline doesn't connect Canada and Louisiana; it connects Canada and Texas. I am sorry that the majority leader and the Senator from Texas had to scamper off the floor. I am sure he had a meeting to go to.…”
