Exactly. I mean, I don't know how you explain to teenagers. There really is no explanation. I think it is shameful and we need to fix it. The Senator should know that is what we are trying to do. Again, I don't know what we can do about those bonuses. That is a subject for another committee. I am concerned and the Senator is as well. Maybe we can find a way. The BP writeoff--there will be a tremendous amount of criticism, and perhaps there are some legal grounds for us not allowing them to do that. It is inexplicable to people who are trying to run a small business and they see us having worked for a year and a half, and all that is going on and we still cannot seem to move this bill forward to the House for negotiation and then to the President's desk as quickly as possible.
