I offer this amendment. It is a technical amendment, three technical but important changes to the Child Citizenship Act of 2000. Senator Coats, Senator Blunt, and Senator Klobuchar have helped lead this effort. I have explained it numerous times on the floor. I think the leaders have agreed on a voice vote.
