I am happy to report and respond through the Chair that a Member of the Senate has put a hold on parliamentary procedures that would allow us to move forward on any amendments, the Senator should be aware. So we are unable, at this time, to have his amendment pending. I am personally happy he came down to speak on the amendment. There are other people who feel strongly about that issue as well. I hope the Senator understands we are not able to take up his amendment at this time. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Colorado.
