I also wish to submit an article by Jeff Cox, of CNBC, ``Four Things That Could Help Companies Start Hiring Again.'' He talks about positive momentum, loans to small business, and foreign demand. One of the things he mentions is: American consumers--even those with jobs and savings--are focused on paying down debt and not greasing the economic skids.…”
