We continue to think that the FDA should reinstate the pre-Biden era rules, which were good, common sense rules, and that the evidence continues to show that this is dangerous medication for women.

We are going to take down those laws using every tool that we have at our disposal.

That’s part of what makes them so dangerous because there’s no accountability in this system whatsoever.

Obviously we think the FDA could be doing more and we've asked them to do that.
