We will not allow activist states, activist providers or distributors profiting from killing babies to threaten Louisiana’s sovereignty, violate Louisiana’s laws and endanger Louisiana women and Louisiana babies.

We continue to think that the FDA should reinstate the pre-Biden era rules, which were good, common sense rules, and that the evidence continues to show that this is dangerous medication for women.

Obviously we think the FDA could be doing more and we've asked them to do that.

This is drug dealing and it's illegal.
