We will not allow activist states, activist providers or distributors profiting from killing babies to threaten Louisiana’s sovereignty, violate Louisiana’s laws and endanger Louisiana women and Louisiana babies.

We continue to think that the FDA should reinstate the pre-Biden era rules, which were good, common sense rules, and that the evidence continues to show that this is dangerous medication for women.

Initiatives like these strengthen real-time collaboration among prosecutors, law enforcement and victim services.

We are going to take down those laws using every tool that we have at our disposal.
