These are well-intended settlements and I commend those of you who have worked so hard on getting these bills to this important juncture.
Isn't the problem, in fact, it doesn't matter how much money you throw at, it doesn't matter who you put in charge, if you don't hold people accountable for their actions or lack of actions, you are never going to get good results.
