Isn't the problem, in fact, it doesn't matter how much money you throw at, it doesn't matter who you put in charge, if you don't hold people accountable for their actions or lack of actions, you are never going to get good results.

There is no question about it, EDA does fantastic work, and I will be 110 percent committed to its success, efficacy, and efficiency while I am leading it and while it is funded.
