I have an amendment at the desk. I also have a unanimous consent for a technical correction of that amendment. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 28, line 6, after the dollar amount (but inside the quotation marks), insert ``(reduced by $9,800,000)''. Page 28, line 7, insert before the period at the end the following: : Provided, That none of the funds made available under such heading in title V may be used to repair seawalls or buildings on islands in the Steward B. McKinney National Wildlife Refuge The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 23, the gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Fleming) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
