I thank the gentlelady from New York. I would now like to yield to another gentlelady, to a person with whom I've become good friends, who is also from New York State. She is a person who has a vision for America. Not only that, she is someone who has been taking care of the vision of other people as well. She is an ophthalmologist, and she has come to Washington to apply her vision to what she feels--and we agree with her--the future of health care should be like as well as many other things in life. With that, I yield to the gentlelady from New York, Nan Hayworth.
