I thank the gentleman, Dr. Roe, for his very insightful comments. And we're beginning to pull the cover back on what some of the solutions are. I will point out this evening that, you know, it's interesting the way physicians are trained. We're trained to be problem solvers. We're trained to look for solutions. And sometimes it's like mixing oil and water up here in Washington because there are a lot of people who've been up here a long time who don't think in terms of solutions. So we're committed, all of us, our physician colleagues and nurses, psychologists, dentists, to continue to apply the pressure to move forward in solving problems for the American people. I'd now like to yield to another physician from Louisiana. He's actually a hepatologist. And I know that some who may be hearing me speak right now may not know what that is. It's basically a specialist, a physician specialist in liver disease, and also a gastroenterologist as well. With that, I will recognize the gentleman from Louisiana, Bill Cassidy.
