“I thank the gentleman, and once again the Chamber this evening is filled with gentlemen that I admire and I'm learning from here in my first term in Congress. I certainly thank each one of you for your leadership. I just want to hit one thing before we get back to the topic of the Constitution, which is so important, and the process. But let me talk about, again, the human issue, and that is, let me remind my friends that coverage does not mean access. Coverage does not mean access to care. And I'll give you an extreme example.…”
