Well, what it basically means is that there's going to be a bunch of unelected bureaucrats, perhaps not even doctors, who are going to be tasked with looking at research, hopefully there's going to be research or they are going to do research, to decide what treatments and what diagnostic tests are worth paying for and which ones are not.

what the Federal Government gives, it can certainly take away; and Federal agencies are once again contradicting each other, a recurring theme under this and prior administrations.
These are well-intended settlements and I commend those of you who have worked so hard on getting these bills to this important juncture.
