the American people are tremendously angry at Washington, because we have a President and those who work for the President who insist on creating their own laws and not complying with the laws of the land.

It is a determined bureaucratic body, unelected officials who are accountable to no one, including Congress.
Their absence is telling and indicative of this whole effort: share as little information as possible even though their stated goal is 'Federal coordination and transparency.'
