The Independent Budget, made up of numerous veterans organizations across the country, said, ``This is a much-needed investment in health care and the benefits delivery system for our Nation's sick and disabled veterans.'' The Military Officers Association of America referred to the funding in this bill as ``an extraordinary level of funding.'' AMVETS, ``The level of funding will ensure that returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan will continue to receive priority health care and other VA services.'' The Disabled American Veterans called it ``keeping faith with America's veterans.''”
