I would hope Members who have not paid attention to this amendment that is added at the end of an otherwise excellent bill will understand that what the gentleman is saying is that contrary to 200 years of history in this country, the gentleman wants the American taxpayers' dollars to be used, would allow them to be used, regardless of intent, to discriminate against people because of their religious views. I would urge Members to pay attention to that.
