Let me ask the Senator, as somebody who has been involved in this issue for so long, as the Senator knows, we have been working very closely with Senator Breaux on his amendment in an effort to make sure that all Americans are covered. One of the guiding principles of our efforts in this area is to make sure that families have protections provided in this legislation so that all families in this country can make their own health care decisions. We have worked with Senator Breaux very closely on his amendment to make sure there is a floor for every family in America. Will the Senator comment on whether, under the amendment of the Senator from Maine, every family in America will in fact get the minimum protections as provided in our bill as opposed to the language we worked out with Senator Breaux?
