I thank the gentlewoman and particularly want to salute her for her strong support for veterans and, in particular, for PTSD and mental health care studies. As she knows, this bill has a significant increase in funding, historic increase in funding, for VA medical care, and we have directed in the report of the bill that a significant part of that money should go to PTSD and mental health care services. So I hope with the funding levels in this bill we will have opportunities to provide the kind of expanded service that the gentlewoman has spoken about so eloquently.
