no, I will not yield at this point. I would like to ask the gentleman a question, the author of the amendment, if I could. If we had more time, I would be glad to have a discussion. I wish we had several hours, if not days of debate on this church-state issue. Madam Chairman, let me ask the question. Under the gentleman's amendment, would the Wiccans be able to apply for Federal tax funding?
