Eighteen percent of the American people, registered voters, think Joe Biden's policies have helped them personally. That has to be a gut punch to the President.

This race is as competitive as can be, which means the stakes tonight in this debate are as big as they could be.

You do not want that man standing back here. You did not want him living in that House, right there. You do not want him effecting what happens up there and you point to the monuments and you just say, think about this.

Joe Biden won 63 percent of the vote here, right? These suburbs, when I started doing this, used to be Republican or Republican leaning. They are safe blue territory now.
