An amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013, introduced by Congressman Jeff Landry (R-LA) and passed by the House, would prohibit information collected by drones operated by the Department of Defense from being used in court as evidence if a warrant was not obtained.
Landry introduced an amendment to protect privacy regarding drone surveillance.
