The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title), the following: Sec.__. None of the funds provided in this Act may be used in contravention of 33 U.S.C. 1319 with respect to a permit issued or required to be issued to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1344 for discharges of dredged or fill material impacting wetlands. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 333, the gentleman from Louisiana and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Louisiana.
